Peppermint Swirled Slab of Meat
There’s currently a trend where people try to make food look like everyday objects. You’ve probably seen videos floating around on YouTube or images on Reddit of people trying to grab onto a phone and realizing that it’s actually a frosted cake. But back in the day, the making-food-look-like-other-stuff trend was quite different.
At one point, people did their best to make soap look like food. In this case, the soap maker succeeded in making a collection of germ-eradicating chemicals look like a beautifully marbled slab of raw meat. We are so confused right now, we’re not sure whether or not we wouldn’t be tempted to bite into this bar of soap.
