Ship Interior
Expectation: The design quality of a ship’s public areas and the items within is critical in shaping impressions. It is expected to be classy and not overbearing, as in some resorts. It is the first room people see upon arrival and the last space they see upon departure.
Reality: The expectation was fulfilled, subtle touches, Mickeys on the carpet, statues in the dining rooms, character references on counter service signs, the duck that had crashed into one of the stacks by the AquaDuck, and the two murals in the main atrium It was enough to make people curious about what else Disney might have overlooked.
