#6: The Original Sky Dancers (1994-2000)

Sky Dancers were a series of dolls whose wings spun like propellers in the air when the string was pulled. While the wings were made from foam, their edges meant they could fly into a kid’s face and cause serious injury. These things even blinded some kids.

As such, they were recalled in 2000. They were released again in 2005, but with a redesign that made them more child-safe. Kids learned their lesson: Don’t mess with a dancer when she’s doing her thing.
