If you were around in the early 90s, you might remember Burger King’s dinner baskets. There was a time when this fast food chain tried to make things a little fancier, and they offered dinner baskets and plated meals besides burgers, like fried shrimp or steak sandwiches, served with a side of baked potatoes or fries. This fancy gimmick didn’t pick up and was eventually dropped.
