I can understand why the owners of this shop would want the ‘cats’ to appear in a smaller font and on a lower level. This is a place that’s mainly for dog owners, who we love. And yes, if you have cats, we can let you in, too, I suppose.

Honestly, the only real mistake here is the ampersand. If it was on the bottom line with ‘cat’s’ it could even have created some sort of cute tongue-in-cheek between the owner and their customers. It is a shame they don’t have such a great vision and sense of humor like me.
