IBM isn’t even trying to sell anything here, except the idea that they’re here for you and they have the solutions you never knew you needed. They have smart ides and elegant ways of implementing them. This ad is subtle, on the one hand, since it’s not even an ad per se (they’re not selling a specific product), but on the other hand, it’s also very clear that IBM is trying to promote something.
