Unfortunate Timing
This isn’t a clever billboard – more of a billboard fail – but we just couldn’t help but include it on the list (hey, it’s our list and we’ll put whatever we want on it). This one gave us a good chuckle (although somewhat of an awkward chuckle), and hopefully, you’ll find it funny as well. This is an example of what not to do.
Some people would argue this funeral home billboard is wildly inappropriate, but others would argue it’s brilliant. After all, you only live once. Encouraging people to #behappy and live life to the fullest (because You Only Live Once) is a great message, and perhaps coming from a funeral home makes it even more powerful.
