Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner
This person made themselves the winner. Apparently, they swiped someone’s winning lottery ticket and pocketed the earnings. Whether that was two dollars or two thousand, we may never know. We suppose the amount would determine just how severe this crime really was. Perhaps it was a lot of money that could’ve really helped the original owner.

Or it was essentially worth little to nothing and the initial recipient thought nothing of it when the ticket went missing. Who knows? Money talks, that’s for certain. It’s not kosher to steal in general, but on the misstep scale, this is way, way below other crimes. So that’s a good thing, I guess.
