And slapping a child in the face and shoving him off of his scooter probably isn’t the way that anyone should ever deal with anything, let alone an adult. We’re not saying that what this kid did to this man’s cat was an ok thing to do, it definitely wasn’t, but instead of hurting this kid, this man could have sat down with him and his parents to chat.
