Rock Paper Scissors League
Who doesn’t love rock paper scissors? You may have thought it was nothing more than a game you play with your siblings to pass the time at boring family gatherings, but apparently, some people are pros, and they compete in the big league. The champion of the tournament even wins a prize of $50,000 in cash.
There’s a whole lot more to rock paper scissors than you might have thought: people learn strategies and techniques, they learn the psychology behind the game, math and the statistics of it, and they practice. It’s practically a sport like any other. There’s even a referee who monitors the game and a set of rules to be followed.
