All your information belongs to third-party companies
It’s not a surprise that some companies outsource their call centers to other companies. They don’t have the time to with our complaints, so instead, they hire another group of people to listen to us while they offer no helpful solution. It’s a win-win for everyone, except the customers.
But the worst part is that the third-party companies, the ones we don’t know about, have all of our information. Whatever you give to the original company, they’ll willingly share with a group of outsourced employees. At this point, there’s no telling where our credit card information goes. If you’re wondering why you get so many calls from scammers, this is probably why.
