Giving “dirty lingerie” a literal meaning
It’s nice that some companies will accept returns and issue full refunds to unsatisfied customers. However, it’s only nice when those companies don’t sell underwear. If it does, the receipt should include the caption, “no returns or refunds, we don’t want your stanky underpants back.”
But surprisingly, the OP’s underwear company does just that. If you’re unhappy with the lingerie, you can bring it back to the store and get your money back. Then, the used product goes to the back for a short period of time before it is hung up on the rack for an unfortunate shopper to purchase. Yuck times infinity.
