No such thing as full-fat mayo
Full-fat mayo, low-fat mayo, I can’t believe it’s not mayo, whatever. Mayo is mayo, and it can even be used as an instrument from time to time. Sorry, what were we talking about? Oh, mayonnaise, one of the most innocent condiments that serves as an awesome base for all kinds of sauces.
It turns out that certain restaurants don’t have a full-fat mayonnaise option. Light mayo is cheaper than the original stuff, so they’ll fill both mayonnaise bottles with the same low-fat concoction. If you’re wondering why full-fat and light mayo taste the same, it’s because they’re the same dang thing! Still tastes good, though.
