Hear, Hear: Comical, Questionable and Ludicrous Things People Actually Witnessed in a Courtroom

January 19, 2023 by Brandy E.

Questionably Qualified

Here’s another type of question where the attorney should have probably worded it a different way. Of course, you don’t need to be qualified to give a urine sample – that would be ridiculous! Instead, I think this attorney meant to ask if the person could give a urine sample right now.

This is because most doctors recommend that you don’t drink any fluids for around 2 to 4 hours before you give your urine sample. If there are any potential attorneys out there, I hope you now realize the importance of speaking properly and asking the right questions. Don’t be like this person!
