Confusing Conception
If we’ve learned one thing so far, it’s that you should definitely avoid ambiguity or open questions in the courtroom. They can easily lead to misunderstandings! I’m guessing the attorney was either asking what the witness’s job was on August 8th or what his other activities were on this date.
Even so, the attorney could’ve made things a little easier to understand! On the topic of conception, the most popular times for conceiving a child is during December and early January, with Christmas Eve being the most popular date. How do we know this? From the number of September birthdays, of course!
