New studies tend to get viewed like belief systems, either you believe it’s true or not – the source doesn’t always matter. Most people these days take these new studies with a grain of salt.
A study was released claiming that eating ice cream in the mornings for breakfast might improve your mental functioning. While some people might be excited to hear that, this tweeter cleverly points out that ice cream gets consumed in times of mental distress, as seen in pop culture films. So, in all actuality, the new study could be onto something if you eat ice cream to feel better when you’re sad.
