Every product needs good marketing, even storage bags. The Hefty brand had one marketing campaign that stood out in the 80s, with the memorable “Hefty, Hefty, Hefty! Wimpy, Wimpy, Wimpy!” slogan, about strong bags vs. weak ones, sung in a dramatic voice (way too dramatic for garbage bags, but that’s one made it so funny and iconic).
