#11: Sigmund and the Sea Monsters (1973–1975)

Sigmund and the Sea Monsters is another Krofft brothers’ show that aired from 1973 to 1975, starring two kids who befriend sea monsters. The creep factor comes in the monsters’ costumes, which blend the line between creepy and cute quite well. It doesn’t help how empty season 2 feels, which is due to the sets being destroyed in a fire. A couple of episodes are on YouTube. There was also a 2016 remake with the involvement of the Krofft brothers on Amazon Prime.
