Cheese is one of the loved foods that people of all ages can enjoy. Whether it’s of the soft and creamy kind, there’s something for everyone. Let’s take a happy trip into various cheeses, beginning with the mildest ones and progressing to the stronger ones.

#1: Mozzarella (Italy)

If mozzarella is the mildest of all cheeses, then ricotta has marks as one of the richest. Its mildness leaves it slightly sweet, nutty, and not very salty at all. Delicate and creamy, it spreads easily on baguettes and other bread and is good for dipping. This also goes well in lasagna—another good thing for the new cheese eater who’s ready for more.
