Jonathon Taylor Thomas as Simba
Any kid who grew up in the 1990s knew who heartthrob Jonathan Taylor Thomas was. The child actor moved from television to film with the debut of The Lion King in 1994. Impressively, Thomas was a mere 13 years old when The Lion King premiered and he not only lent his voice but sang throughout the movie as well- now that’s a lot of hard work for a young child actor!
Keeping a low profile these days
Where is JTT today? In 2002, the 37-year-old actor graduated from Columbia University. In 2015, Thomas again guest starred on the twelfth episode of the fourth season of Last Man Standing, this time as Randy, reuniting with his TV parents from Home Improvement, Tim Allen and Patricia Richardson. Jonathan prefers a low profile these days, but with a Lion King remake in the works will we be seeing more of him?
