We’ve been following actress Busy Phillips on Instagram for a while, loving her candid nature and hilarious Instagram stories that share a peek into her well, busy, life. In fact, thanks to her Instagram presence the Dawson’s Creek and Freaks and Geeks actress was able to reach a whole new generation and grow her audience, which inevitably led the E! channel to take notice of her magnetic personality.

She recently went “full Kim K for a day” to run her errands in L.A. then got personal with Kim about her parenting style. Her unconventional talk show, Busy Tonight, has featured celebrities from the likes of Kim Kardashian, Max Greenfield, Jenna Dewan, Padma Lakshmi, among others. Busy’s quirky style goes hand-in-hand with her land back interviewing method- she often sits cross-legged on a couch and hosts interviews like two friends chatting at home over a glass of wine.
