The great story about this one is that a man in Ohio made up a bunch of lies to get it banned. He told school board officials at Hudson City High School that his daughter had loaned it from their library and that it contained inappropriate references, but after checking, the book had not been checked out by that girl, and the man may not even have had a child at the school.
