We know that cats don’t approve of humans, even though cats domesticated themselves thousands of years ago. For those who don’t know, cats found themselves in the company of humans back in the olden days for food. We didn’t feed them, they simply hunted the mice that hung around our grain storage.

While we have a long history with cats, that doesn’t mean they like us. Just look at this picture of the OP’s neighbor’s cat, who comes around every so often to glare judgingly through the front window from time to time. That’s all it does—just sit in front of the window and glare!
