Just Fluffy
Visitors to the OP’s home frequently remarked on what a cute kitty they had. There is something about this kitty that makes them want to pet him as soon as they enter. They would express concern over the cat’s weight, but upon lifting it up, they’d be shocked by just how light the kitty felt.
The reason was that the cat wasn’t overweight at all. Its fury was just several inches thick, giving off the impression that it needed to slim down. If you tug the fur back slightly, you’ll see just how slim the cat actually is. He’s not fat—he’s just fluffy.
