So, your air conditioner suddenly died or you’re low on gas, you’re caught in traffic, and it’s a scorching hot summer day. Most people would just open all four windows to cool down, but this results in a tremendous amount of wind flowing in all directions. And as you probably know, too much wind in your car will add resistance, thereby slowing your car down, albeit very minimally.
Opening one window in front and the opposite window in the back is the greatest method to get a pleasant cool airflow circulating through the automobile. This will result in natural circulation of air, ensuring that at least the driver isn’t knee-deep in sweat.
