Nail Polish Can Cover Scratches

If you’re trying to avoid paying for expensive maintenance but your car has a glaring scratch you can’t ignore, nail paint might be the answer. It’ll be a lot less expensive than repainting your entire car’s exterior and will appear exactly the same. That is if you can find the correct color.

Simply paint over the blemish with a color of nail polish that matches your car. The scratch should be covered up, but it won’t be fully gone. Consider this a good temporary option until you can afford to have it repainted. We’re not sure whether adding a clear coat on top of the nail polish is a good solution, so maybe you should give it a try.
