Such as pets! Or, more specifically, this endearing raccoon. The customer must have anticipated that the raccoon would frighten the mechanic, so he brought the creature inside to wait with him while their vehicle was being repaired. This was so odd that the mechanic just had to snap a pic for photographic evidence.
