Mechanics don’t expect their customers to be familiar with the technical jargon that they use when explaining what’s wrong with the car. They are professionals who specialize in everything that has to do with automobiles. But the majority of people who are unfamiliar with the terminology do an excellent job of explaining it in simple, layman terms.

But there are exceptions, such as this particular customer. When it comes to explaining what was wrong with their car, this person simply goes with their gut instinct and spouts words that they felt a herky-jerky feeling whenever they drove. Luckily, there’s an anti-herky-jerky spray for that.
