A Mid-Queue Snack
Do you know where the Mongolian beef dish comes from? That’s right, Taiwan! Mongolian immigrants started making Mongolian beef in BBQ houses in Taiwan, and the stuff spread like wildfire. Today, you can find Mongolian beef almost anywhere, including some specialty Chinese restaurants.
What you might also find is a customer who snacks on spring rolls while they’re waiting to get a plate of Mongolian beef. That doesn’t sound too bad, but if the guy uses his bare hands to fetch a spring roll from the serving tray, then maybe we’ve got a problem. Or, more precisely, that guy might have a problem.
