Curry, Rice, and Chips
As mentioned earlier, chips are a staple in this part of the world, and while you wouldn’t picture them in your average Indian meal, the British seem to have found a way to do just that. They usually pair their curry, be it butter chicken or chicken tikka masala with a portion of rice and some chips.
Apparently, they also do this with their Chinese takeaways. Many restaurants here offer a “half and half” with their meals, which as the name suggests is half rice, half fries. We know that the Brits love their carbs but this is taking it a bit too far. We are pretty sure Indians wouldn’t approve of this combination.
