Black Pudding

When you think of “pudding,” you would normally expect something sweet, right? Well, black pudding from the UK is far from a dessert. It’s a blood sausage that’s made from pork blood, fat, some herbs, and oatmeal which is fried and served with your full English breakfast usually. 

You can also crumble it over mash, add it in a stew, or use it in your stuffing. While the black color makes it look unappetizing, many swear by it. We suppose we’ll have to try it to know what it’s really like. Some are even calling it a “superfood” but there’s no official consensus so we’ll take that with a pinch of salt.
