The Full English Breakfast
The “Full English Breakfast” is the ultimate breakfast of champions. It’s something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime even if it means not being able to eat for the rest of the day. Also known as “The Ulster Fry” in Northern Ireland, “The Full Welsh” in Wales, and “The Ulster Fry” in Scotland, this fry-up has many delicious elements to it.
There are fried eggs, back bacon, sausages, tomatoes, buttered toast, baked beans, and black or white pudding. The regional versions are slightly different like the Ulster Fry has soda bread, a potato scone, and maybe even some haggis. The Welsh version features laverbread made from seaweed. These breakfasts are always served with hot tea or coffee. Yum!
