Falling in Love with the Idea
We, as a complex yet stupid species, have no idea what we want. When it rains, we ask for sunshine. When it’s too hot, why ask when it’ll rain next. The same confused and idiotic behavior also applies to our love lives. Take this guy, who was chasing a girl for 15 years before finally get the “why not?”
Well, she probably should’ve stuck to her “why not” convictions. After giving the guy a try, he realized that he was in love with the idea of being with her, not actually being with her. Yeah, that’s gotta sting, but hey, at least now everyone knows and can move on, right?
