Didn’t Come Back with the Popcorn
When someone you’ve been steady with asks you to the movies, you probably wouldn’t think anything of it. Watching a movie together is one of the simplest forms of a date, so it’s reasonable to think that this woman had no idea what was going to happen.
The dude—whether he planned his escape or not, we have no idea—told his girlfriend that he was going to make a popcorn run. 25 minutes later, he hadn’t returned, but he did send her a text message. He left a boyfriend-shaped hole in the wall, never to return. The worst part was that he was her ride.
