As SlimFast tries to seduce new customers with new product lines and more choices, not everybody is buying it. Back in 2000, the company was sold for a whopping $2 Billion, but in 2018, the company was sold again, but only for $350 million dollars. A bad investment for everyone involved.
As it turns out, most people that are looking to lose weight are done with SlimFast. From different shakes to nutrition apps and food delivery services, SlimFast is not as appealing to the masses as it was 20 years ago. SlimFast is not going down without a fight, they have recently announced a series of new products to hit the market later this year, hoping to fatten up their sales numbers.
