#7: The Be Sharps – The Simpsons (1987– )

The Be Sharps appeared in a 1993 episode of The Simpsons titled “Homer’s Barbershop Quartet.” The group, featuring Homer, Apu, Barney, and Principal Skinner, mirrors the rise of The Beatles. Their song “Baby on Board” became a fan favorite. While the band exists only within the show, the episode won a Primetime Emmy Award and remains one of the series’ most celebrated musical stories.
