When we were first introduced to Meredith Grey on Grey’s Anatomy, she’s presented as a fiesty and ambitious young intern who wants to step out of her mother’s shadow. We were totally on board with that until we realized that she’s quite possibly the whiniest TV character to ever exist!
Her sappy monologues start to get on your nerves and she’s the first to cry when things don’t go as expected. She has a way of making everything about herself even when her closest friends are going through a hard time. Don’t even get us started on her love life and her inability to open herself up especially after Derek’s passing.
