#25: Miller’s Outpost
Founded in 1968, this casual wear store quickly became everyone’s go-to jean spot in LA, California. During the 70s and 80s, Miller’s Outpost housed all the best brands, including Levi’s and other iconic brands in denim. Considered a staple in most malls across the Western parts of the U.S., this chain store quickly took over. However, the store was rebranded in the 1990s but eventually filed for bankruptcy in 2011.
