Buy more insulation, save more on insulation
Here’s another thing that might raise a few eyebrows when you visit Costco in Alaska. Not only can you buy blackout curtains in bulk, but the store also offers discount prices on insulation! It’s pretty obvious why this would be, especially if you are originally from somewhere sunny like California or Texas.
We just hope that Costco never runs out of insulation. We’d hate to think how people would fare without having 40 layers of insulation hanging on their walls. Even the wall in this Costco looks like it could use a dozen more layers.
