Netflix accounts can be shared with four people, and so out of every five people, chances are that only one of them is paying for a Netflix account. We share our accounts with our family, friends and partners, but what happens if you break up? It seems like there should be an unwritten rule about these situations.
Asking your ex to stop using your Netflix account, while a reasonable request, can be rather awkward, and sometimes after breaking up, you don’t want anything to do with your ex anymore.
