4. Burkina Faso

It depends on you and what you want to do there and which part of the country you want to visit. Only you can decide which is the best for you to live in. For me, I will say Somalia is not an option due to the conflict in that country

Yes, you can travel to Seychelles without a visa. You will get a one month visa on arrival. That means any Nigeria who want to travel to Seychelles is entitled to a minimum of one months visa.
