New York City
The Brooklyn Dodgers were the third team located in New York City, having played at the historic Ebbets Field. In 1957, however, the team decided to leave the Big Apple and move to Los Angeles along with the Giants.
The historic stadium was also home to three NFL teams, and was demolished in 1960, being replaced by apartment buildings known to this day as the Ebbets Field Apartments.
