The Millau Viaduct
This is perhaps the most expensive bridge on the list, as its construction cost around 394 million euros. Located in France, the bridge spans the gorge valley near Millau in the south of France.
The French bridge is the tallest bridge in the world, which is different than the highest, as it relates to the height of the structure (which is extremely tall, as the picture shows). It was opened for traffic in December 2004.
