Stars of the times
This photo shows husband and wife Eddie Fisher and Connie Stevens posing in front of their headline signs on opposite sides of the Vegas strip, in 1969. Much like today, back in the 60s in Vegas it wasn’t uncommon for people from the entertainment industry to be married.
Unfortunately, as much as they seem happy posing in front of their grand signs, the couple divorced two weeks after the picture was taken.
