Filet-o-Fish spring rider
McDonald’s outdoor playgrounds had fun springs riders for children to share. They were in the shape of common McDonald’s supporting characters, but we recall them being not as fun as they looked. In fact, we probably got our fingers pinched in between the springs at one point. Don’t ask why we put our hand there in the first place. We were kids!
These spring riders still exist in the few McDonald’s restaurants with outdoor playgrounds. However, they probably haven’t been upgraded since they were first cemented there 30 years ago. An adult would probably cause the spring rider to break (not that we know).
