The legendary McDonald’s in Pennsylvania
The picture below marks a new era in fast food. This was the first McDonald’s introduced to the world by Richard and Maurice McDonald back in 1940. Although the introduction of the Speedee system was a real game-changer, it wasn’t until Ray Kroc came into the picture and created the iconic overlapping-arch logo that things really took off.

As you can see, they didn’t have seats inside the restaurant. In fact, there was only enough room for the cashier’s table, the kitchen, and the ingredients storage. If you want to see what it was like dining at this restaurant, head on over to Pennsylvania that offers the original McDonald’s dining experience.
