Twisty cones

While we’re on the topic of McDonald’s ice creams, we can’t neglect to mention their infamous twisty cones from back in the day. At just 25¢ for a small cone, children wouldn’t have to think too hard about which flavor to get. Having multiple cones for dessert was a common thing among children our age.

Also, for just a bit extra, you could super-size your twisty cone into a tower-sized beast that would most likely end up on the floor. The most common flavors were vanilla and chocolate, obviously, but different countries had different flavor options. You can still get ice cream cones today, but they’re not as generous.
