Even McDonald’s is universally loved, the clown mascot is pretty creepy. Sure, he smiles to reassure us that saturated fats and sodium aren’t going to cause heart disease later on, but the way his eyes stare into our souls… let’s just say we’re glad that he retired in 2016 following a string of creepy clown across the country.

But back in the day, McDonald’s was actually giving children creepy clown masks. This paper punch-out had loops that fit around your ears, letting you rock the never-ending smile of the evil Ronald. This was a surefire way for kids to traumatize their friends during sleepovers.
