1. He Is From Ivory Coast

Though Serge Gnabry was born in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg in German, he is however held by many to be from Ivory Coast based on the fact is father is from the West African country.

2. Serge Gnabry Is Originally A Sprinter

In his youth, Gnabry was a talented sprinter but ultimately chose football over athletics. Some people believes the fear of Usain Bolt forced this talented young man to choose football over trying his luck in 100 meters race with the Jamaican legend.

3. Sold In 2010 But Delivered In 2011

Gnabry’s former club VfB Stuttgart agreed a £100,000 deal with Premier League side Arsenal in 2010, but he had to wait until 2011, when he was 16, to join the English side.

Gnabry officially joined Arsenal for the 2011–12 season in which he played for the under-18s for the majority of the season but after impressive displays, he was then promoted to the Reserves. By the end of the season, Gnabry had played six games, scoring two goals.

4. Wins Or Draws Whenever He Scores

He scored his first professional goal in a league match against Swansea City in which he found the net in the 58th minute to lead Arsenal to a 2–1 victory and leave them top of the Premier League table. He won a penalty away at Crystal Palace which led to a 2–0 victory.
