Frilled Shark Fast Facts

The frilled shark can grow as long as 6.6 feet. They can be found off of Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, West Africa, Chile and the Caribbean. They live on the continental shelf and can dive as deep as 5,150 feet down. Most of the time, however, the frilled shark is found at 160 to 660 feet deep.
